amazing staff and delicious food!
spacious room friendly staff
the room was spacious and included many amenities. a sea view balcony was definitely worth it! the staff was very friendly and cute. i will definitely be back!
the all-inclusive selection could improve a bit. the beds were also somewhat uncomfortable.

the room was exactly as described and shown online. housekeepers cleaned and provided fresh bedding daily, a very welcome touch. the room included a fridge and safe, available free of charge.

the hotel is situated right on the beach, a short walk from town. getting to the town centre is easy with taxis available. the hotel offers facilities such as yoga and water aerobics.

i really enjoyed the buffet selection. there was so much variety and it was fresh. the hotel's location right on the beach was amazing. i also found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful, especially at the bars.
the soundproofing in my room was not great. i could hear noise from the nearby rooms and hallway. the drinks selection for all inclusive guests felt limited. it was a bit disappointing. also, the snack bar access for all inclusive guests only started at 3 pm, hard to get lunch there.

This hotel is located near the beach. The buffet had plentiful choices. I found it decent. The room was clean. The staff members were helpful. The hotel had a lovely location with shops and restaurants nearby.
The gym equipment is a little aged.
